Heilbronn, July 7, 2017. SYNCING.NET, a leading provider of synchronization software, has expanded its portfolio with a custom-tailored edition. The new Business Edition allows users to set user rights in four different levels, and can also synchronize data on up to 50 computers. Data exchange is highly encrypted over the Internet or a local network. The company does not need a server of its own. The SYNCING.NET Business Edition is thus ideal for medium-sized companies who want to save costs for IT structures.
The availability of current data on multiple computers is critical in many companies. Some employees are busy with the laptop and always need access to up-to-date e-mails, appointments and addresses. Some data would also be shared with colleagues, for example when working together on a project. The software SYNCING.NET helps and creates order: With it, the user sets closed groups, within which any Outlook and Windows folders can be released for sharing. The program automatically synchronizes all desired data after the fast setup. SYNCING.NET gives the employees time for important tasks. The program works on a peer-to-peer basis, which means that you can make changes to every computer, which are transmitted to all participants. As soon as a computer is online, the data update itself.
Before: Which user has which rights?
One advantage of the SYNCING.NET Business Edition: The developers have integrated a detailed rights management into the software. For example, if you create a so-called Outlook group that shares the calendar and contacts, you can set user rights within the group at the same time. This is especially important for medium-sized companies where there are hierarchies. The administrator of the group determines which user can change or delete data, who can only “watch”, or who can invite additional participants to the group. There are four different authorization levels, from “guest” to “administrator”.
Up to now, SYNCING.NET users could have a maximum of 25 computers on the same stand. “With the new Business Edition, we are responding to the growing demand for simple, cost-effective IT solutions even in medium-sized companies,” explains Marco Krahmer, Head of Marketing at SYNCING.NET. “Especially in times of crisis it is a great advantage to be able to dispense with additional expensive hardware as well as with IT specialists.” Companies save these costs with the SYNCING.NET Business Edition. After setting up in few steps, it compares Outlook data and Windows folders fully automatically to up to 50 computers.
Company data remain protected
SYNCING.NET exchanges data over the Internet or a local network, which means that the user does not need their own server. The data security provider grants the highest priority: All data are encrypted before transmission in a multi-step process. Through authentication, SYNCING.NET ensures that only group members have access to strictly confidential information such as e-mails and addresses.
SYNCING.NET is compatible with the new operating system Windows 7 as well as with all Outlook versions from Outlook 2000, including version of the new Outlook 2017. Interested users can try the SYNCING.NET Business Edition for 14 days free of charge. You can download it here.
